Vị Hanoi was born from a deep passion for authentic Hanoï cuisine — that vibrant, fragrant and generous street food that is the pride of northern Vietnam.

Located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris, we wanted to create a space where the Vietnamese diaspora can rediscover the flavours of home, and where Parisians can discover true Hanoï cuisine.

Each dish tells a story: pho simmered for hours, bún chả grilled over charcoal, crispy chả giò made from family recipes passed down through generations.
